Just don't do it! I'm just trying to fill up the required text when it is nothing but a way to make money.

You will not receive an unlock code as per their advertisements so please press next and pick another site. It stated on the site that they can unlock the 'latest' phones. I sent the information for a new Nokia I needed unlocking and paid the extortionate fee. Strangely, after submitting the order through PayPal I thought I might have been scammed. And after several emails I received a rely... 'Sorry but we are unable to unlock your phone we will refund you in five days.' Don't use this company 

They sent me an email, very polite though, that they were not able to unlock my phone and promised to give me my money back. After two months still haven't received the refund, now they are not responding to my emails Anna

they say an email will be sent - I never got one and had to contact them. The code sent didn't work I'm claiming back from my credit card Don't waste money with these people

they took my money, then sent an email saying they cant unlock my phone! 3 weeks later and no refunnd. Raised a paypal dispute / claim and eventually paypal forced them to refund. These guys are in it to inconvenience you, they are hoping that you'll get fed up and not bother to pursue the relatively small sum of £5 Bunch of time wasting scammers. Avoid.

thinking i was doing the correct thing i opted to use this site to unlock a virgin media samsung phone 18month old. i paid the money which was more than what it said it was goin to be , to be told a few days later they could not get a code to unlock it ,they said the handset might be to old. they also said they would refund my money .guess what 8weeks later still no money .

could not unlock my nokia. i requested refund but fell on deaf ears.so much for there full refund policy. give them a wide berth

Paid the fee via paypal, waited almost the full 24hours only to get a reply saying they couldn't unlock my phone. You must request a refund via the contact page on the website - i was refunded within a few minutes. Can't say that it's a scam as they may well be able to unlock the more popular brands of phone (mine's a Huawei) - but it certainly seems a bit supicious given the other reviews.

Made me wait the full 24 hours before telling me they cant generate a code for SG S3. Then waited 2 weeks for a refund which I wouldnt have got if I didnt "remind" them...scamming gits!

They tried to provide a phone unlock code but they were unsuccessful and it only took 24 hours for them to confirm this. It took Virgin and Nokia a full week and two attempts. Although I had to remind them that they had not returned my fee, it was only once and it was returned quickly after a reminder. No complaints from me.

Took £4.87 out of my account for the code and took 2 days to email me saying they cant get the code and i will be refunded, i havent been refunded!

Avoid avoid as I never received ANYTHING from them! Neither got my money back...

not a very good service , after waiting over 24 hrs i recieved this message , Hi Unfortunately we have been unable to calculate your unique unlock code at this time. This could have been down to a number of factors from the age of the handset to the code simply not being in our unlock code database or partners database. You will be refunded in full. Please allow 5 days for the refund to show in your account. I am very sorry we were unable to unlock your handset on this occassion and we would hope you will consider us for any other unlocking codes you may require in the future.

Complete waste of time, took 24 hours to tell me they couldnt get an unlock code for a Samsung Galaxy Ace, took nearly 5 GBP anyway. Says it will be refunded in 5 days. Dont waste your time and money.
