Same story here, Unable to supply an unlock code for SGS2.
Got the Email saying a refund will be issued within 5 days but had to use the `contact us` page to request the refund.
Nothing short of a scam, do they harvest IMEI numbers and hope you are too busy and `forget` the unlock charge ?
Its a shame I had to rate them at least one star, Minus points from me.
