Same story here, Unable to supply an unlock code for SGS2.

Got the Email saying a refund will be issued within 5 days but had to use the `contact us` page to request the refund.

Nothing short of a scam, do they harvest IMEI numbers and hope you are too busy and `forget` the unlock charge ?

Its a shame I had to rate them at least one star, Minus points from me.

I have just had the same problem........but the solution is take it to the dispute page on paypal where you will find on the second page in an instant refund message from them which works, my refund was in my account within a couple of minutes. I would not recommend them to anyone.
