HTCSimunlock.com is a fraud! they will not issue refunds nor the customer support respond to any of your emails. They claim the support will answer your emails in 24 hours. This is a big fat LIE. I have emailed this stupid ass company many times with no responses from a real person. Only get automatic generated emails saying they will get with me in 24 hours. The code they sent me did not work so I emailed the customer support for assistance! no one responded! I have asked for a refund several times with no responses! The stupid website has no location or any other contact information. People, I was scammed by this sorry ass company so don't fall for the bells and whistles on the website. It looks legit but it is NOT. I am very upset I did not get my little $12.95 back! That is gas money I could have used!
