HTC Sim unlock seemed like a very good site at first and their "nothing to lose, refund guarantee" sounded great. Here's what happened:

I ordered an unlock code for an HTC One X and got a response saying "Code couldn't be found in database" and it offered to do a deep search. I opted for a refund since my phone turned out to have an issue and I had to trade it out.

My new one came in and i did both the regular and deep search. Both turned up nothing.

All of this and HTC Sim Unlock isn't giving me the automatic refund and isn't responding to my emails.

I will contact my bank now to get my money back, completely dissatisfied.
