After my son broke his new phone, 2 weeks into a 24 month contract with Tesco, we resorted to my old HTC Desire (locked on Orange) as it was a little more robust whilst we waited for the insurance company to fix the new phone. Sounds easy, quick and straight forward for only £10.00 - no mention that if it dont work you have to go to a shop for de-branding (more cost). If it was mentioned it wernt as easy to see as the three easy steps to sell it to you! Oh yeah - mine didnt work following their guide. (read more)

Had a two year old HTC Desire HD locked to Orange and friend wanted to buy it, but they wanted to use it on Tesco mobile. With Orange charging £24.00 for the unlock code and even the Orange staff over the phone advising to use a private company it’s a ‘No Brainer ‘ to use HTC Factory Unlocks. It's the first time I try to unlock a mobile phone online and I wasn't sure that it'll work... But I had to try it because my network provider need 20 days, I have to fill an application form and pay £20 to unlock my phone.... I am really satisfied with the service I found here and my HTC ONE X is free now ... it was fast, efficient and cheaper.. I ordered a code from the website and they send an email would be sent with a code on it. The email was sent but where it said 'unlock code:' i said 'no code found'. Still not received a refund! (read more)

We use an automated server to process unlock requests 24 hrs a day. This service covers about 96% of our customers, occasionally an IMEI number is not listed, sometimes just because of a mistake in the IMEI when ordering. In rare circumstances when a code cannot be found we search manually or provide a full refund. We haven't heard from you so if you are genuine please get in touch.

After requesting an unlock code from Orange on 22nd January and despite many phone calls chasing it up I have never received it. To add insult to injury Orange took the money for the unlock service in February from my bank account. I finally gave up on Orange today (7th March) and bought one from your good selves. So there we were with a brand new HTC Desire C that my wife didn't really want as her old phone was more than adequate and a daughter with a very squashed HTC Cha Cha. I was totally impressed with the speed in which I received my unlock code. It took a few days for me to find another network sim to use. But all worked fantastically. I had been trying to unlock my HTC One X for a couple of weeks via online websites without success. This site said it would unlock my phone first and I only had to pay when it was unlocked. Dear Reviewer.
Unlocking and debranding are two different processes. We supply the unlock code for the IMEI number, which in turn will unlock the handset allowing it to use previously non-accepted networks. Debranding refers to the process of returning a handset to it's 'out of the factory' condition with the original firmware. This process is only required should you wish to remove a Networks 'branding' or any specialist software installed. We guarantee that the code will work or your money back, if you are genuine please follow the instructions on the website and get in touch. Going to a shop does cost a lot more which is why our customers value our service.
