Take your money elsewhere.
This company does not stand behind their guarantee for customer satisfaction. They advertised a 6 to 8 hour GUARANTEED window. It took over 48 hours for me to finally get a code from them. Why is this a problem? I bought it in the evening with the hope that I would have my new phone unlocked and ready to go for work in the morning.
I had to go out and buy another phone because they took so long.
Yes, in the end I did get a code, but it took way too long and their customer service is non-existent. Max Tate was the customer service rep I spoke to. He was absolutely useless. Could not answer the simplest of questions. All he could say was that he forwarded my questions to a "senior service rep" and they would get back with me shortly.
Yeah, I heard nothing back.
Take your money elsewhere.
