I requested an unlock code. PAID for the service that did not deliver. The online agent disconnected me from chat 3 times and did not answer any of my questions. Called the contact us number and sat on hold for over 10 minutes saying I am first in line?? no one answered. The agent advised I would hear from the supervisor and I requested a phone call and was advised I would receive and email instead. I noted an email suffices for record keeping but I wanted lived contact as well as email. Suddenly disconnected. I feel the transaction I made is now comprising my credit card and I am not happy happy with the service or lack there of that was provided.
