“Good database, low expertise in the support division”

Unlocked my Samsung phone with these guys.
the database output (came in the email) provided all the relevant info.
However, customer service gave incorrect instructions on how to apply the unlock to my phone. It took me some time to figure out. But all the info was there in the email (Network and Defreeze code (had to unfreeze the phone because I tried unlock incorrectly too many times))
