I bought a code to unlock my phone off the website and i did recieve an email as said ,however my phone displayed a error message when i typed in the code . An email was given on their website if your needing help so I sent the information needed and there was no reply , I looked on the website but didn't receive any kind of help , I then called customer services and waited around 10 minutes until I was put through to the staff to which I explain my problem , I didn't receive any help from the staff and they then had hung up! I would very much like my money back but I don't even know how I could!! I will never use this company again!
