I bought an unlock code and it says it worked on my phone. I tried numerous sim cards on the supposedly unlocked phone but none of them worked. I called their customer service and i was disappointed as I can not get a refund and no one on their side can help.

Aside from that I was billed 3 times for 1 transaction. Beware!!! Watch your credit card statement.
