I submitted a request for an unlock code. Within 20 hours I got an email saying my phone was unlocked, along with instructions on how to finalize the process (requires another carriers SIM card). I followed the instructions and the unlock went flawlessly. I'm now the proud owner of an unlocked phone. The only very slight negative is that the website said I would get my unlock in 8-10 hours, and instead it came in about 20 hours. It was a weekend, so I was not concerned. I'm very happy with how it all went and would gladly recommend this site to a friend.

I'd also like to note that before I started this process I had sent two emails to customer support with questions about what SIM cards I could use for the unlock process. I got both responses within 30 minutes of my email requests. Both were very well written and completely answered my questions. Excellent customer service!
