I found site very easy to navigate but is not for the technically inept. instructions must be followed closely and my greatest challenge was to locate MEP number despite precise instructions from GSM Liberty. Once MEP number found i received code by email within minutes. Input to phone and unlocked immediatelly.
I am very familar with a computer and would imagine anyone not computer literate would not be able to handle this.
other notable is that i found site through google searching for "free unlocking " code. It aint free. However cost is reasonable .
