Wanted to unlock my phone and found this website offering how to do so at good price of £4.95 I think. Followed all on screen instructions, had a minor hitch and had to phone customer services. They dealt with my technical hitch quickly and efficiently and the unlocking went smoothly. Their email replies were almost instant. Very pleased with service. I was concerned about trying to follow a 'for free' service in case there was no back up. I did need back up and it went smoothly. They emphasised that any difficulties at all and just contact them. I didn't want to be permanently locked out my phone if I got it wrong. No complaints whatsoever :)
