LACK OF SUPPORT

I purchased your software And was unable to use it. In your website it did not state I had to a valid Sim card fr the provider of the phone and have full functions of phone to do your software.

I was informed by the agent on the phone all I needed to do was plug the phone and your "software would update my phone"

Becuase the phone has been factory reset..you need an ATT sim card for the Sony XPeria X10A to use your software. Your agent spoke to me that there was no provisions for as refund if you cannot use the software.

The Software has been attempted by me to use...but there is still one use left in the software because I was not able to get it to work with the phone

I would please like a refund Below is a transcript prior to purchase stating the product is guaranteed
