“Not worth it”

They will answer your phone before making purchase in 1-2 minutes but after you made purchase and need help inspite of being first in line I was put on hold for over 30 minutes and no one answered the phone till I hung up.
Moreover I purchased MEP code and it gave me MEP 1 , 2 , 3 ,4 and MEP 5 codes .I am not sure what to put in as it is asking for MEP code only and does not say 1-5 .I put a query but no reply .
So don't waste your money.
