I ordered my unlock code and waited for the email. It was promised within 3-10mins. After 20 mins I had not received anything other than a blank email from them with no content. I contacted online chat and was given the code over the chat session. In line with the stated guarantee on the website that if the code was not delivered within 3-10 mins I would recieve my money back, so I asked for a refund! I said all I had received was a blank email and no code but they would not refund!! They tried to say it was a problem with my IP address??? Come on! Just signed off from chat after that and not interested. Dreadful customer service!!! If you have a guarantee then you should stick to it!
