Incompetent Staff

I purchased an unlock code for my Iphone 4s to which i paid $46.73 and the order was being processed and expected to receive confirmation that my phone was ready to be unlocked this process should of taken 2-7 days, 14 Days later and many emails exchanged mostly with incompetent staff members i was told in one email they were unable to unlock my phone, The very next day i received another email stating i could manually process my order with premium tool but this would cost me a further $43.26 on top of what i already paid, Total for this service $89.99. I declined as its no more than a scam, How can asking for more money be justified!! You wouldn't buy something from Ebay for the seller to ask you for more money once you bought the item thats exactly whats happened in my situation and many others around the internet, So my phone can be unlocked only if i pay them more money, There is only one process for unlocking iphones that's having the imei unlocked from Apple database, Its very interesting to know how this premium service works considering there is only one way to unlock Apple Iphones?
