I wanted to unlock my HTC desire locked to orange so I could use with a current SIM only contract while new phone was being fixed. Was a bit dubious at first but thought for $9.99 (6 quid!)via paypal I'd give it a go. After payment, received confirmation email and instructions on next steps within a couple of minutes, entered the details required to get the unlock code and followed the instructions for my phone on what to do! Whole process took less than 15 minutes and phone now works on new network! Everything you needed was sent via links in the emails received. I would recommend to anyone needing to unlock their phone.
