This company is saying they have my phone's unlock code when they don't. They don't list the Huawei 8652 phone as one that they can unlock but are sending me incredibly-long codes for the Huawei MODEM and trying to say they are for the 8652, which only has a 4-6-digit code.

So far, they have NOT agreed to refund my money.
