Thank you freeunlocks for a unlock code in less than 2 hours that worked perfectly. Don't bother with the "free" version pay the $9.99 / £6.45 for the paid version as it is cheaper than any high street or providers cost !! Simple to use with good instructions. HTC Wildfire was on 3 now Virgin.
You get what you pay for, a fast professional service. Why risk other "free" methods not to mention the chance of not only your phone not unlocking but also the chance of adware or spyware problems with your computer. Ive seen some of the bad reviews but if you follow the simple instructions then you should not go wrong, but if you do tech support will guide you through it.Put your new sim in first then power up phone, sim lock appears on the screen after the phone has booted up, just run your finger vertically down the screen to get to the sim unlock screen and enter the code you were emailed - its that easy.
One thing to note when your order has been paid for and you get your email confirmation you must log on to the site using the correct user name (email address) and PASSWORD YOU WERE EMAILED and ignore the other box, once on the site enter you make, model, country and network CURRENTLY LOCKED TO and IMEI number
