I was a little nervous to use an online unlocking service because doing things online is always risky, and I didn't want to be scammed. I figured since it barely cost anything, I might as well go ahead instead of paying A TON more somewhere else. However, they safely used PayPal and followed through with all of their promises, while also promising to reimburse me if the problem I was having wasn't solved(an individual problem with my phone). They were very nice and accommodating.
I definitely recommend using them because it is a lot cheaper than going to a physical unlocking store, and they are not a scam, so don't worry!!
