Except for the paying $10 on a so called "free" site, it was amazing and worked wonders! I can use my phone and it went muuuuuuuuuuuch faster than using T-Mobile's customer service. I was annoyed by their run-around and all the hoops and bs you had to go through just to use the phone! I would definitely tell my friends and family which site they need to go to figure out how to unlock their phones as well! Thank you so very very much for you services I appreciate it! I would have definitely liked to know that I would have had to purchase a trial pay before actually purchasing the product, but other than that it was pretty cool. Thanks.
