I was initially confused after receiving my MEP code, because my device was locked with it's own 'Device password', which meant I couldn't get into my menu to access anything and put the code in. The service person I dealt with, Perry, sent me no less than a dozen quick email responses making sure we figured it out, and in my opinion went above and beyond to find out details about my 'device password' details and repurcussions. Not bad service at all for 5.99$
