Ok this is how it is firstly, i paid for a mug so i could obtain code from vista which was around £12.00, secondly i got email which i could not get code form which was very frustrating then i could not get through on telephone to support team, the email support was good but it took a good few hours to get code which did work in the end so it worked out ok in the end.
