Although it wasn't 'free', I paid the $4.95 and got a code. Tried what they said, but it didn't work, so I emailed back and got another reply...that didn't work either, but after contacting them a third time, got another code and that worked. So although, it took time and patience, I got help in the end as promised. Good work!
