I've used codes provided by, in my case, Orange, for my old N70 Nokia. I had to ask them three times before they would provided a code, which was successful. That was some time ago.
I found foneszone amongst several other 'sites and decided it looked "sound" and the price was competitive.

The code did take the maximum time advised to arrive and it failed.
My requests for assistance were always answered, usually within 24hrs.
A second "Backup" code was issued and this removed the phones' Restriction Code", unlocking it successfully.
Based on my one experience I would recommend foneszone as helpful, honest and straightforward.
