I was not sure if I needed to unlock my phone but a quick email sorted that out.this was the first time I had needed to unlock a phone, and was very wary of dodgy companys. but I looked around and decided foneszone was the one I submitted my details and waited as instructed,but not for long, within 24 hrs I had my code followed instructions and it worked first time. I am not up on these sort of things but am trying to keep up, not easey when you get old, but I try. thanks to foneszone I can now use my smart phone.
they did a good job in my book and would recomend them.
