We moved back from France but our French mobile phones were locked to the French networks. I went to a number of local stores but the charges were too high or they looked a bit dodgy, so I researched a number of offers on the web. Foneszone had very good reviews and although I hesitated at the higher cost, they do give a money back offer if the code doesn't work. The code was emailed to me in hours (well within the waiting times quoted)and worked first time. Now I can use my phone on UK networks. My advice is pay the extra for a service you know will work. As the saying goes "you get what you pay for". I am so glad I didn't take the risk with some cheap option.
