Was really unsure which unlock company to use for my Samsung s5620 so after reading reviews for foneszone thought I'd try it, I'm absolutely, positively well pleased that I did as within the first hour I had two texts telling me how it was progressing and within 3 hours, it was done completely, really helpful, giving instructions on exactly how to enter the code right even though I Ihad a "phone frozen" message come up as well. Would definitely use again 100%
