Kies somehow bricked my phone through failed update and I tried to update the firmware myself through odin with no experience, I fully bricked it. Luky i found this service in the UK. I sent the phone Friday special delivery which was delivered Monday, I recieved the phone back on promptly on Wednesday fully loaded with the latest firmware (which i wasnt expecting). Excellent service, recommend to anybody with a bricked phone.
