Trying to get your money back from this company is a nightmare. Customer services will repeatedly fob you off with the 3-5 working days minimum, several times in a row. However, beginning legal action does get results within 48 hours - however why does it have to come to that? If they were as good on customer complaints as they are on pulling trust pilot reviews they don't like, then things might improve. Check their followers on twitter or look at how many trust pilot reviews the company attempt to get pulled for a true picture of the state of it. I wish I had checked indepoendently instead of blindly clicking on the "trustpilot" link on their site which actually just leads to their own cherry picked selection of reviews.

I had problems with posting my 1 star review about foneangels on trustpilot but in the end they posted it and apologized to me. You just need to keep the pressure on. I sent them 3 emails and gave them 1 star review on their own website which worked. People need to able to see what kind of comapny fone angels is.
