I was looking to replace a broken screen for my Ipad mini and after reading all positive reviews on foneangels webiste I decided to choose their services. I couldn't make a bigger mistake! after couple of days I got an email saying that they recommend power flex button replacement for another £44.99. I said NO and then I started getting emails from foneangels saying how concerned they are about this part and they can give me a phone call if I want to speak about it further. After talking to one of their representatives on the phone I agreed to £30.00. I was happy until next day when I got another email saying that repairs will take longer beacause there were some minor faults in a batch of parts they received and they had to re-order new ones. It was then when I started looking for another reviews and noticed that I am not the only one going through exactly the same scenario! I sent them multiple emails requesting my Ipad back and a refund but I have never got a reply. It was all easy when they wanted extra money from me. I tried to call them but it's impossible. A week later my Ipad arrived with my screen sorted, nicely packed and everything but after using it I noticed that my battery life is not the same as it was before sending it out for repairs...Before I would use my Ipad for a week or more before charging it and now I had to charge it after 3 days!! I wish I had gone to apple. I learned my lesson and I will never use foneangels again!!

I have the same experience, my iPad is still there, I assume held hostage.

Avoid at all cost ! Unless your happy for foneangels to have your device up to a month ( Minimum). The technicians are not to blame they are very good at there jobs, management and lack of parts are the major problem within this company. There are devices dated from January that have yet to be repaired due to lack of parts from the incompetence of the manager. He lacks in every department he doesn't know how to manage a company and is living a very privileged life with the money that customers pay for to have there devices repaired ! But yet those devices do not get repaired in the time Stated. Once you have paid for your repair and sent your device off be prepared for a phone call or email with some additional repairs for example on an iPad they will say anything from a button flex, charging dock, power flex, wifi flex may need replacing due to the damage on the screen and the impact taken from dropping the device. No need to be replaced and half the time it's never replaced just reused from another device so your not getting a new part but does get a good clean with a toothbrush and some IPA. Just want to be open and honest to customers who put there faith in a company and trust them with your own device. Not all is bad though I'd say 20% of customers are happy with the service they received from foneangels. The office staff, sales team and technicians work very hard for very little reward ! They are trying to do a job with very little support. Just a review to the general public its down to you guys if you choose to go with foneangels. Good luck.

Exactly same thing happend to me. Same they charged me extra, told me the same story about the parts. No battery life.
