5 stars on Feefo, but if you look at the Feefo site, you'll see that only customers whose e-mail addresses are sent to Feefo get the chance to review. The person, in Customer Services at Feefo is, at my request, currently investigating why they have not received our details from Fone Angels and Fone Angels has recently deactivated its Twitter account, on which two other unhappy customers recently tweeted they had also complained to Feefo. You can still see these and many other complaints on Twitter by searching Fone angels.
We sent a Samsung Galaxy S4 with a cracked screen for what was supposed to be a £39.99 repair which would take a week. When my husband chased Foneangels after 3 weeks, he was told the LCD was also damaged and the cost would be another £140, but given the unexplained delay this would be discounted by £20. When my husband pointed out that the phone was working when they received it and so they must have damaged the LCD, he was told that it must have stopped working whilst in their possesion as a delayed consequence of the screen cracking!!
