After looking at a few different companies offering apple i device repairs, and seeing some pretty bad reviews, I decided to send my iPod 4G with its shattered screen to FastFix. Initially, I did not think they could do the repair as the website only mentions iPhones, however I got in touch by email and was told they could do my iPod. Easy to use, immediate email response even though it was a Sunday evening , they fixed my phone immediately and phone was returned immediately with an email to confirm all was okay .packing instructions also great and easy and just really impressed. Does exactly what is says, fixes your phone and sends it back with great efficiency. I have no idea how "genuine" the parts are, but I can't tell the difference so I can't complain. They also gave me a discount for having multiple parts fixed. Excellent service, would recommend. (read more)

Does exactly as it promises - sent the phone on Wednesday and it was back on Friday. And £39 for a broken iPhone screen was the best price I could find. The only gripe is the cost of sending through the mail (£6.50), but that's a Royal Mail issue. The local shop wanted £89 to do the job, claiming the glass cost £60. All I need to do now is get my daughter to use a phone guard that actually guards the phone, rather than just looks nice. (read more)

I sent an enquiry and was advised on what repair i would need. The email was very helpful and was more like talking to a mate. After sending my phone i can't believe how quickly i got it back. Very good repair, very good customer service and overall a very very good service. Well worth every penny. Would definately use again. Hopefully won't have to though (read more)

The best service ever! Sent my iPhone for a new battery on Friday afternoon and received an email Saturday afternoon to say that my phone had been fully repaired. When I smashed my iphone screen, my local repair place wanted between 2 and 5 days to replace it! I can't afford to be without my phone for that long so I googled and found FastFix. What a completely fantastic service - sent off on Wednesday afternoon, got an email telling me it was on its way back on Thursday afternoon, and it was in my hands by 10am Friday, beautifully packaged, with a lovely shiny screen and in perfect working order. Really quick service, using Royal Mail Special Delivery both ways I sent my iphone at 4pm on a Monday and it was back with me, complete with a new screen, by 10am Wednesday morning. The website was very helpful, especially with packaging instructions. Would highly recommend. (read more)

My iPhone screen was totally shattered. Posted Wed - returned Fri morning in perfect condition via Royal Mail special delivery. Communications were excellent. There are loads of companies out there who will offer similar services for about £10 cheaper - but check their reviews - you pay for what you get! I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone. First class all the way! (read more)

Completely shattered the screen of my iPhone 4S. A little reluctant initially to send off my phone, but had a personal email from (name removed) and felt really reassured. And was totally right in feeling so - phone was back in two days, and looked perfect!
Will definitely recommend to anyone needing iPhone repair!
He also repaired the bent SIM card holder for me - really appreciated!

I cannot thank those guys enough. Wonderful service, super fast, very reliable, pleasure is dealing with them.I have Sent my iPhone on Wednesday they received it on Thursday, repaired it, cleaned it and sent it back to me (all in the same day). On midday Friday my iPhone in my hand again! They also repaired the home button, it is now working very smoothly much better than ever. I really cannot recommend this company enough. Wow, what a quick turnaround, sent on Wed and arrived back this morning (Friday). Screen is brilliant, slightly darker than normal but hardly anything to worry about, I just increased my brightness by a touch. After my 2 year dropped my iPhone 4 down the stairs one morning at 8 am I was very unhappy to say the least! By 3:30 that afternoon my phone was as good as new! They made my day! I've just received back my iphone with a perfectly working new front screen!!! I am amazed by their professionalism and quickness: I broke the glass on Monday evening, I sent it to them on Tuesday morning and got it back now - Thursday morning!!! Really well done! Yesterday they even sent me an email notifying me that the phone was repaired. Also they give you the code to track the package! No more fears to send my phone for a couple of days with them. It’s worth it!!! Very - very happy with the job and service!!! Thank you!
