Avoid, Avoid website, they will took 11.99£, and didn't unlock your phone, after they want another 32£ to do the same, they will took your money to infinit and you will not receive nothing. They in the beginning they will ask Your phone IMEI first step Second step they will give you a information about your phone like model.... After they ask you to make a payment off 11.99£ to unlock your phone Step tree They will loading with more not important information and after they will ask you to make an extra payment to unlock your phone again:):):) No refund, no email address or phone number to contact them, just your bank can refund you but it is a long time to get your money back. I changed carrier and wanted to use my existing phone. Searching google found Expressunlocks. Their site indicated customers to pay $28.99 to unlock any phone. I paid the fee than after checking, they asked for additional $63 to unlock it. They don't indicate anywhere that customers must pay this fee, not until after the initial payment is made. All they indicate is that unlocking service operates in two phases, but no mention of any additional fees. Also, they won't refund the money. Sorry but nothing other than total sham.

They will bait you into thinking that you are paying for an iPhone unlock and then gaslight you and tell you that you’re only paying for a check and that you need to pay $50 more. Once you pay that $50, they then tell you that they “negotiated” an unlock and that you have to pay $350 to do so. 

They will charge you $28.99 for eligibility check which they don't clearly state that it's only for that iniatially. They will tell you that only after eligibility check is done and ask you for more money. They got the elibility check wrong and I corrected them and then they told me they have to unlock my device thruogh USB unlock which breaks your device warranty. Stay away from them if you device is within contract and your carrier do not unlock under whatever circumstances as long as you are within contract. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

After purchasing the product I figured out quickly it wasn't going to work for me after trying to request a refund I found that they have no legitimate phone numbers or emails all the emails provided are fake and the emails bounce back when trying to send one to them. Tricked me out of my money surely. I have no way to contact or speak to anyone. I let anyone and everyone know this company has horrific customer service if it even has a customer service department.

Take the money and then don't supply code and demand more money. Say initial funds were to check if stolen when challenged although not in advert blurb. Have a front stooge who hides behind pseudonym ----no surname or contact number or address. Give this a miss if you mind losing money for a service you wont get.

Looked on web for unlocking service and sadly chose Express unlocks. They quoted a price and took my money . Then said it was to check if stolen and demanded more for the unlock. This was far in excess of their quoted figure. They should be taken down swindling honest folk. I wrote and got a reply from a probably fictional person ----funny they never give surname who wrongly said this info was in advert. AVOID.

Paid for unlock 8th August Still pending Requested refund They said "we'll try" Nothing from them since. If there was a zero starts option I would have used that Ended up just buying a generic handset instead DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY

There is no transparency in this website, always hiding prices, first they make you click on ''Unlock phone'' and they send you to another page saying that would be first an eligibility check, they make the eligibility but in the comments they say that MAAAAAYBEEEE it is required to premium service, because even tho they make the elegibility check, OF COURSE TO CHECK HOW IS THE PHONE DOING they CANNOT tell which service DEFINITELY you will need, so you pay + 44 EUR to continue, of course you dont want to waste the first 27 EUR of the eligibility test, and then they show you the real price that is 300 EUR. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. My question is, why if you first passed an eligibility test, why CANNOT you say right away that the premium service will be needed? WHY? Why you have to make us waste time and money hidding prices? I DONT WANT A CREDIT, I WANT A REFUND. I paid for the eligibility check and you have to say there which service is needed, you didnt even give me options to choose, you just show the standard service and no more. It doesnt make sense to first do the eligibility and dont send any diagnosis. Is my right to get my phone unlocked. I bought it from another person and it has nothing to do with me if is in debt, not active line, under contract, whatever. IS MY RIGHT and also my right to have the refund back because when you pass the eligibily check you should say that, thats the reason why you do it.

I spent $80 to unlock my Samsung after seeing that they offer guaranteed unlock instantly. This is not true! They took my money and I have not heard from them! I've emailed them several times and no response! I want my money back! If I could rate a 0 stars, I certainly would!! Their communication skills suck, because there is none after you pay! Plus they had me send screenshots to prove that the payment was processed through my bank! In my opinion, This is not a honest company ???? I would have liked to know total price upfront in bold instead of small print. Instead they show one cost and the put extra cost in small print..PLEASE DONT BE LIKE ME! READ THE FINE PRINT!

1 star because the website promises "instant unlock" and gives the "from price £7.99". WARNING the fee, actually up to £19.99 is just for eligibility. This is written in very small print. The unlock cost will be a further £30 and take between 24 - 48 hrs. Not instant. Not £7.99 Very poor. No option to discuss or cancel. No option for refund.

Your service got me frustrated, based on your FAQs you absolutely can unlock it even if my phone is still under contract and now you’re informing me that you cannot unlock my phone due to it being hardly locked by my provider? after I paid $74 I got nothing?! I was right that I hope I didn’t trust your service. You know what? Let me suggest before you ask for a full payment, let us inform first if you can make our phone unlock or not for that if you can’t make it, we will not proceed with that $46. I just wasted my money here! And waited for nothing! I don’t need your ‘credit use’ if I can’t use it again w/ the same service. I want my money back if you can’t do anything

I regret not looking for reviews about this company. I paid $74 for nothing. I waited for 7 days but then they unlock my iphone. They did initial check up and said my phone passed so I paid. After 7 days, they said they can't unlock? They're giving me credit note. What for? I don't have another phone that needs unlocking. Does anybody know where to file a complaint?

This is a proper trick, they asked me for £11.99, and I paid then after a few minutes, they asked me for an additional £41.00 to continue unlocking my 13-year-old Nokia. Now I paid £11.99 for nothing, I want a refund !! After I type my IMEI they confirmed the basic things that I already know, such as: the mobile provider, that it is not stolen and the model of the phone. Absolute waste of money!!
