Ordered a code in October 2014, got email saying no code available, and despite a number of emails to them, still no refund!

They don't give code and hope people will forget as you have to wait 5 days and even after that you dont get the refund so avoid.

Paid them via Paypal then received an email next day to say they couldn't supply my unlock code. They stated that they would refund my money in 5 days. It only takes seconds to refund via Paypal so why the delay? I should have researched this company before paying them any money! Lesson learned!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They take your money, can't give you a code and then don't refund your fee. TOTAL RIP OFF.

Used this service before on 3 kids mobiles. Had a near instant successful response. This time I was not so lucky, but they informed me within the 24 hours and I got a refund. I would recommend them!

I received an email claiming they were having a look at it ...but nothing since .....I wish I had read the reviews first ...and not one person has had a phone unlocked by them .... Trading standards awaits

Ordered a code and waited 2 days, only to get an email saying unfortunately they couldn't unlock my phone but I would be refunded within 5 days. They don't reply to emails and I have had to open despite in Paypal to get my money back. Hope I do! Don't waste your time with this company. I think they hope that the majority of people won't bother to chase their refunds because it's such a small amount - £4.79, but they must be making a packet from ripping people off! Don't let them get away with it!

Failed to respond to emails. After two weeks I went to the Paypal resolution centre. It gives a link for an instant refund. It worked. Peter

After taking the money, then stating the phone couldnt be unlocked, they have not refunded, and have not replied to any emails. Complete waste of effort and a rip off!

although I have not used this service(?) I am very suspicious of any company that tries to get orders without giving a price.Now having gone on to check reviews I am not surprised to see so many reporting this as a shady fly by night outfit. the lack of contact details is another give away and I suppose anybody not noticing these signs will fall victim. whets most disappointing howeveris the fact they manage to muscle their way onto the top of the search results when its so obvious what5s going on

I used come unlock now and didn't get a code just a message saying I would be refunded in five days but I didn't so they lied. I phoned PayPal and they told me I was not covered then I went to the resolution centre and was told I can get an INSTANT refund and I did you have to go here www.unlockdepot.com/refund good luck boys and girls

They were not able to provide a code for me and said they would refund me within 5 days but after 7 days still no refund. I logged in to the Paypal resolution centre and opened a dispute, within a couple of hours I had my money back.

Couldn't give unlock code and no refund after 10 days. Avoid!
