I would have give a 5 stars but because it took days instead of hours (as it was suppose to be), I will give a 4 stars. My friend got his code for the same phone/carrier in less than 1 hour. I had issues at first but once I got my conformation I don't have any complaints. I had the Motorola Atrix HD unlock and it took about 3 days for my phone to be unlock.
