Got the wrong unlocking code first time probably to my error. Sent them email and few minutes got the reply. Spoke to one of their tech and reread the info on my phone and after a few minutes got the new recalculated code and as soon as I enter it ---- viola the phone took the code and now I could use the phone out of the country especially when I travel to Asia.
