I needed to unlock a Samsung Rugby Smart and the process was painless. Submitted the order with my IMEI and they emailed the unlock code. I put in the alternate carrier sim card and the phone promted for the code to unlock. I put in the code that cellphoneunlock.net sent me in the email and it was done. The process could not have been any easier. The one note that I would add is that you really do need to use a sim card from another network. The codes listed to unlock the phone with the locked carrier sim in place did not seem to work. Thanks.
