“No issues - Only ridiculous to have to pay for an unlock”

The price seemed to be on par with other sites, so no complaints here. The turn around from payment to receiving my unlock code was about 15 hours, which was fine by me, though they advertised 5 hours.

My only complaint is that I have to actually pay money to unlock a handset that I own. Such a joke of a business model.
I would have rather paid the handset manufacturer myself instead of a higher price to someone who's not doing anything at all but passing my request along.
