CellphoneUnlock.net is a fantastic way of unlocking your phone. They were prompt with their response time and the best price on the web. Compare for yourself and I guarantee you won't find a better deal!
One thing that should be noted though, is that if you have a rooted phone and have flashed a custom ROM (ei. Cyanogenmod), you may have to flash back to your stock ROM to complete the unlock procedure and then flash back to your custom ROM. I'm not sure exactly what the difference is, but I struggled with this for an hour or so before I figured it out. Once I flashed to my stock, the unlock procedure went perfectly :)
