I placed my order for an unlock code but despite their promises of quick turnaround times (which I why I placed the order; I wanted an unlock quickly so I could continue using my device) it took 7 days before I received a code. Worst still, the code did not work despite me providing all the correct details up-front.

If the company did the right thing and offer a refund, I would not need to write this negative review. Unfortunately however, the company tried to make me jump through all sorts of ridiculous hoops to provide "evidence" that the code really did not work. This included having to send a video recording of my attempt to unlock it. This proves quite difficult when your only video camera you have access to is on your phone!

In summary, my experience was a bitter disappointment. The company failed on its promises to quickly deliver a working code, followed by poor customer service.
