“Excellent service and follow up.”

I was finally able to complete the unlocking of the phone. It is working fine, and my 87 year old aunt is very pleased with the phone. It is exactly what she needed to replace the ten year old Nokia phone she was used to using. She lives 20 miles away, and just as I was trying to get the phone working, my wife fell and broke her shoulder. My wife is on the mend, and my aunt is very satisfied.
