As far as I am aware I have not yet had a respone from my compaint and not yet recieved a refund. I do not recommend Cell Unlocks due to my experience.

I paid £3.99 + VAT to cellunlocks.com, their 'business info' on PayPal being 'Entertainment Central', and have heard nothing from them six days later. I have asked PayPal to investigate and will update this comment as soon as I get some answers...

I paid www.cellunlocks.com through paypal. After 4 days I gave up. BEWARE!

Very frustrated, never heard from them even though I used other email on website Cell Unlocks www.cellunlocks.com & www.sagemobile.co.uk work together, restrictions seem designed you never can recover anything, the following info you d DO NOT GET UPFRONT only after you pay and when you realize you cannot make this work. Here are a preview of terms which should be disclosed before you pay:
1.We hold no responsibility if codes fail or cause adverse effects to your phone.
2.We hold no responsibility if software recommended to you by us fails or causes adverse effects to your phone.
3.Adverse effects include damage irreparable or otherwise.
4.If we cannot remotely unlock your phone we will provide software which should make it possible to unlock your phone yourself.
5.You will need a cable to use this software, no refund will be made if you do not have the necessary cable to carry this out, they are available from many mobile phone retailers.
6.Software is created by third parties, charges are not for the software but for the service we provide in locating this software for you.
7.Read all instructions before using the software or codes.
8.If you decide not to use the software after purchase this is your decision and no refund will be made.
9.Proof will be required if software fails before a refund is made. You will be required to send the phone to us for testing as proof, all charges incurred by this will be payable by you.
10.We reserve the right to refuse service.
11.We will attempt to unlock your phone within 36 hours. however this is not guaranteed.
12.If we are unable to unlock your phone a full refund will be made.
13.Refunds will be made for no other reason other than those stated here.

I waited a further 2 weeks then reported cellunlocks.com to paypal, who promptly refunded my money.
