It was easy, I thought it was going to be confusing but it wasn't. Found the site threw google search. Filled out what it asked. I like that it let me know that the phone wasn't blacklisted. I continued with the payment. Within 3 days I got my confirmation email letting me the phone was ready to be unlock. Followed the simple and easy to follow instructions given to me to hook my phone into iTunes, did the updates needed and plugged my phone and plugged it back in after 10 seconds and it was unlocked. And right away I called my new provider to get the phone working with Wind
