Initally I was having some issues with unlocking my phone and I was worried that since I paid for the services I wouldn't get any help. However I was wrong, they worked with me each day until the issue was resolved and my phone was unlocked.
The first time I sent in a request I gave them the wrong phone carrier, I entered Rogers when I was with Bell. I was charged for the services but a day later they indicated that they couldn't provide me with a code to unlock my phone and my money was refunded.
When I found my issue I resubmitted my request but this time entered the correct service provider and after that everything went well.
