I followed the instructions to get my IMEI number, I used all five codes given by cellunlocker, this was done with bell at the company, the Representative said that this was a common problem with LG phones and there was nothing I could do but manually hook the phone up to a program to do it and that these codes would not work. On the site cellunlocker says they may need video proof, not that this is the only way to receive a refund, the phone was unlocked by the phone company for me and the codes never worked, i have email verification for the phone company representative but cellunlocker won't honor a refund.
