Great service! Happy customer. Got the code within a few hours then realized I needed a Micro-SIM from another carrier to make it work. I would suggest you emphasize that more in your promotions and instructions to better inform. I had to trim an unused regular SIM card down to fit which was easier than I expected (pair of good scissors and a template found online). I read about problems some people having with Z10 codes not working for Telus and Koodo so I recorded first attempt and had success, no need for refunds.
