“Waste of my time”

I bought this service with the hopes of unlocking my Galaxy S2. Almost a month later I am still going back and forthwith their "customer service". I have sent them two videos and answered the same questions a rediculous ammount of times. Finally I get a one line response "you have been refunded".... No sorry, no appologies, no answers. They didn't even obtain a new code, like their website said they would if there was a problem. I would not waste your time with this company. I will let you know if I even get my refund.
