I attempted to get my Samsung SGH-T989 unlocked from T-Mobile from T-Mobile themselves and they said since I was not a customer they wouldn't provide the code. I also tried another cell phone unlock code site and they were unable to unlock my phone. Cellunlocker.net worked the first time and quick I highly recommend this place!
